Methods of payment
We accept American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa. For customers that have a Net 30 account with Industrial Control Direct we also offer the opportunity to shop Online with your Purchase Order without the need for a credit card. Customers outside of North America can also wire money to our account; email us or call us for details.
Minimum order
We do not require a minimum order for any of our products. However in order to maintain our low prices on enclosures a new policy has been added strictly for that product line. (See policy below)
Enclosures Minimum Purchase Price
In order to offer you the best possible prices on enclosures, we require a minimum purchase of $250.00. Any orders below that amount will incur a $50.00 minimum order fee. Enclosures cannot be combined with other products to reach the minimum amount required. Orders of $300.00 and more will still be eligible for free shipping.
All prices are in US dollars. Prices are subject to change at any time. If there is a mistake on our online store you will be notified of the correct price and have the opportunity to accept or cancel the item but error are minimal and you can trust the posted price to be the correct price.
Taxes
Industrial Control Direct is located in the State of Texas and is obligated to charge tax for orders delivered in Texas. Please submit your tax exemption certificate to avoid being charged. It is the customer responsibility to pay local taxes when necessary.
