When determining the needs for their plant, a customer reached out with the

problem associated with exit lighting. All the current offerings online where

obviously cheap designs for residential or commercial use. There were no real

options for industrial use including several input power options. The following

is what we developed to solve the problem.

Basic details:

• UL Input range: 480VAC, 277VAC, 240VAC, 208VAC, 120VAC, 24VDC, 12VDC

• Non-UL Input range: 200 to 1,000VDC

• Enclosure: Ensto N4X 400mm x 400mm x 178mm (15.75” x 15.75” x 7.01”)

• “Exit” Decal (same type as football helmets) located on the inside of the transparant cover

• 7AH Battery and charger: lab tested to discharge in 3 hours before LEDs begin to dim

• Internal LED Light bar: 12VDC 750lm

• External LEDs: 12VDC Dual 4.5” Marine type at 1,350lm each

• Internal Industrial battery cut-off switch

• External Industrial test button
