IMO’s modular DC disconnect switches offer flexibility and are sized to mount on a DIN rail in a distribution box. These switches are also compatible with IMO ASA plastic DIN enclosures, a stylish alternative to the traditional distribution box.

The IMO DC disconnect switch incorporates user independent switching action so as the handle is moved, it interacts with a spring mechanism which, upon reaching a set point, causes the contacts to “SNAP” over, ensuring a fast break/make action. This mechanism ensures the disconnection of load circuits and arc suppression occurs in a maximum of 5ms.
